“Saudi Arabia Sets a New Light’s Up New Opportunities for their Country”

Here’s something interesting about what I read today. The new corporate and financial structure more comparable to its competitors in the foreign utility sector has emerged from the revamp, with a huge debt burden eliminated and government fees regularized and made more predictable. In my observation, the Arabian customers will not be immediately impacted by improvements in the energy charges they use, but will only be able to benefit from this streamlining and modernization of the SEC in the long term.

Consequently, what's interesting is that the new set-up may also provide an opportunity for the Kingdom to add to the money it requires to finance the Vision 2030 mega-projects, some way down the road.
