Somali president has appointed a political newcomer as prime minister

Somalia President appoints a newcomer as Prime minister, is this related to Farmajo’s victory in the next elections?
Somalia’s President Mohamed Farmajo appointed Mohamed Hussein Robel as a prime minister of Somalia after the former Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khair was removed from power by the parliament.

Mohamed Hussein Roble was one of many who ran away during the war in Somalia. He studied civil engineering and completed his masters from Sweden and has a Sweden citizenship. This depicts Roble’s lack of political experience.
The sudden decision by Farmajo to appoint a newcomer is suspicious activity, it clearly tells that it's his hidden agenda to execute his political plans which is to win the next election. This is a plan against the Hawiye clan who opposes President’s policies, Roble will be used to influence the people of the Hawiye clan with Farmajo’s ideologies.
There is also news about Roble’s involvement in terrorist activities with Al Shabaab, a prime minister with such background will be a bane to Somalia.
